Important notice
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.
Return or exchange processIf you find yourself unhappy with your purchase (any necklace), items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery, if they are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging (including bubble wrap and a box). After an item is returned, it will be inspected and, should it meet the above criteria, you will be credited by EFT. Please allow 7 working days for this process.
Return or exchange shipping fee- Customers are liable for collection fees in case of returns, at location-related shipping rates.
- Customers are liable for collection and delivery fees in case of exchanges, at location-related shipping rates.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
Items bought on sale may not be returned or exchanged.
