Delivery service

We deliver nationwide in South Africa, using The Courier Guy courier service. A tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery fee

We charge a flat rate of R95 for deliveries in South Africa. Please contact us, should you require delivery outside of South Africa.

Delivery times

• Gauteng: 2–3 working days.
• All other areas in South Africa: 3–4 working days.

Important note

• Please make sure that your contact information and delivery address are correct and that someone will be available to accept the parcel.
• Notify us immediately about items damaged in transit.
• In case of a delay in delivery, please contact us after 3 working days of placing your order.
