Delivery service

We deliver nationwide in South Africa, using The Courier Guy courier service. A tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery fee

We charge a flat rate of R115 for deliveries in South Africa. Please contact us should you require delivery outside of South Africa.

Delivery times

Products are made to order and will be delivered in the following time frames:

• Gauteng: 3–4 working days.
• All other areas in South Africa: 4–5 working days.

Important note

• Please make sure that your contact information and delivery address are correct and that someone will be available to accept the parcel.
• Notify us immediately about items damaged in transit.
• In case of a delay in delivery, please contact us after 3 working days of placing your order.
